Located within an area of 1.5 acres, Wooden Leaf Bridge Point is a Nature lodge that is nicely decorated and well-maintained. Guests can choose their meal from various Indian Dishes at the time of their stay and genuinely say they will love the food that our chef prepares in the Coorg style. Your stay at our lodge will provide you with a pleasant atmosphere of being in nature. There are 6 Deluxe rooms with attached big bathroom. Each floor has 3 Rooms with Dining, Lobby and sitting area. Situated in the center of the Southern Indian Peninsula, the stunning land of Coorg is also officially known as the Kodagu with India’s Coffee bowl and pristine “Land of Million Hills” located on the Western Ghats. Karnataka’s small district, Coorg, is the land where most of the Coffee is produced regularly. The red-tiled homes in the village provide it with an old-world appearance. The British, who conquered Coorg and established coffee plantations there before independence, compared it to Scotland because both countries have vast, royal highlands inhabited by strong mountain-dwelling tribes.
GEOGRAPHY:
There are no flights and railway connections because Coorg is only a district, not a town. Also, only three but very well-known tourist attractions offer lodging in Coorg - Kushalnagara, Virajpet, and Madikeri. WAY TO COORG This resort is guarded by nature, and the only way to get there is to drive down from a two-hour drive from Mysore and a five-hour drive from Bangalore. As it is in-between the two states, well-connected Bus services are available from Mangalore or Hassan towns from Karnataka, and by Kannur or Tellicherry from Kerala to Coorg. Bangalore is 260 kilometers away, and Mysore is 120 kilometers away from Madikeri. The closest airport is in Kannaur, only 102 kilometers from Kushalnagara and 92 km from Madikeri. The drive-through journey to the Coorg from different towns and states is enjoyable because one may take their trip in-between the kilometers of lush greenery, dense forests, vast coffee plantations, and sparkling streams.
